Chairperson's Address:
Sal O'Malley welcomed everyone to the meeting and warmly encouraged participation and engagement from all present. She outlined that 2014 had been a busy and expensive and eventful year. Seán Corrigan's departure to Irish Water in September had been a big shock and Sal wished to record her and the committee's appreciation for all that he achieved for the scheme and wish him well in his new role. However the committee was very fortunate to be able to replace Seán with an excellent team consisting of Connie O'Driscoll and Austin Francis O'Malley who have been doing superb work since their appointment. Sal also wished to record her thanks to Johnny McGreal who was on call at all times and in all weathers to keep the water flowing.
Audited Accounts:
John O'Toole circulated the audited accounts for year ended 31/12/2014 and gave a commentary on all the key information contained in the financial statements. Procedures for following up on debtors were questioned and full detail was provided by Connie O'Driscoll. The Audited Accounts were approved on the proposal of Bernie Coyne and seconded by Ian Donald.
Managers Report:
Austin Francis O'Malley outlined the division of duties on the management team and spoke of the levels of water usage and the recent success of leak detection. Connie O'Driscoll outlined a number of technical issues regarding the intake, bulk meters, tanks and other operating issues. She also outlined the work necessarily undertaken in separating the three schemes from common management and maintaining ISO approval. Connie thanked Egbert Polski for his help getting the website updated.
NFGWS update:
Paul Connolly from the NFGWS addressed the meeting and advised on developments over the last year in relation to group water schemes generally. In particular he dealt with two matters which would directly impact on this scheme. The subsidy A grant has been reduced from a maximum of €140 per house to €95 per house which will have a significant impact on revenues and he advised that the water scheme members can avail of the €100 water conservation grant. He advised that it was each person's own responsibility to do what is required to claim this grant however he did give guidance in this regard.

• The extent and adequacy of the supply
• Requirement for new meters
