Dear Shareholder,
The AGM of the Killeen Group Water Scheme will be held on Thursday 12th June 2025 in the Killeen Community Centre at 8pm. This is a community owned scheme, and we need your interest and support. You are sincerely invited to attend. We welcome anyone considering becoming a board member (please follow the procedure outlined below).

Election of Members to the Board:
Under Rule 13 (C) of our rules at least one third of the Board shall retire each year, (Connie O’Driscoll, Ian Donald and JD Gartrell will be retiring this year) but are eligible for re-election without nomination. Nominations for the board, other than retiring members must be in writing and must be signed by a proposer and a seconder (both members) and must contain a statement by the member nominated of his or her willingness to be elected.
Nominations must be forwarded to: The Managers, Killeen GWS, Doughmakeon, Louisburgh, Co.Mayo, to be received a minimum of 3 days prior to the AGM.
